Terms of Service

ATS Optimizer is a web application that analyses resumes against job descriptions, scores keyword alignment, and generates AI-improved resumes and cover letters. It is a tool to assist your job search — not a guarantee of employment or interviews.

You must create an account to use the service. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. One person per account — do not share accounts.

• Free tier — 3 ATS scans per month. No credit card required.
• Job Seeker Pack — a one-time $4.99 purchase for 5 scans, 5 resume rewrites, and 3 cover letters. Credits never expire.
• Cover letters — individual cover letters can be purchased for $1.00 each.
• Recruiter Plan — $49.99/month subscription for teams. Cancel any time from the Stripe billing portal.
• Refunds — unused credit packs may be refunded within 7 days of purchase. Once a credit has been used (scan run, resume generated, or cover letter generated), that credit is non-refundable.

You agree not to:

• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the service.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute generated content as a competing service.
• Upload malicious files or attempt to exploit vulnerabilities.
• Use the service to generate content that is fraudulent or misrepresents your qualifications.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.

Resumes, cover letters, and suggestions are generated by AI (Anthropic Claude). While we strive for accuracy, AI can make mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before using it. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will pass any specific ATS system or lead to interviews.

ATS Optimizer is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to missed job opportunities, inaccurate analysis results, or service downtime. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
